Hello everyone.  So the credit markets are all but gone, CMOs are at a fraction of a penny, but nobody sells them or lends on them, volatility is taking the fun out of most strategies and 90% of former investors are avoiding investments like the plague.  Kind of difficult out there unless you are a day trader on speed.

Unless you happen to own the leases to over 12,000 acres+ of the last and largest remaining oil fields in Colorado !!   2 test wells in the ground, proving reserves beyond tech bubble returns, topped off with a lot of gas etc. etc. etc.

Teaser: what once was $3.8MM to drill 11,000 feet deep (in the pre-Geithner era), is now only $2.7MM per well.  Opportunity, proven reserves (2 independent geologies), great operators, deeded owneship, high returns, high % to feeders, gee... . sounds like the good stuff where Dollar cost averaging and ROI really matter.
If it weren't for the investors who lost their liquity, their yachts, their credit and their mojo.... sorry for them, but even more so for us.

3PMs and surviving Hedge Funds, if you are still liquid enough and are looking for a good solid play, maybe we can talk?.  Remember those? Solid plays?  The ones where you can actually explain to your institutional guys and private caps how something really works.  Instead of just a bunch of arb'talk on a screen.
This is long term, hold and hold on, riding solid returns.  Remember solid returns? You are probably wiping tears out of your eyes by now, because you remember the good old days, just over a year ago, when hardly anybody cared if you actually could explain complex strategy and most clients didn't even care to understand it.  This is easy to understand, easy to explain and goes back to the bare bone basics.  Refreshing, isn't it?

This should be a snap for some of you guys and gals out there.  Are you up for it?

Email me your full contact, I will be in touch in less than 48hrs.

Thanks for taking your time to read this.

Be humble and prosper.
